Don't be like me and forget to pay for your new sticker on your license plate. Even if your car is registered, insured, and not illegally parked they will tow it! My daughter was away in college and the sticker was 2 months expired; when it was brought to my attention I immediately paid it but of course you have to wait for the sticker to come in the mail. Exactly 2 days later the car was towed anyway. I was told it didn't matter there was no way that car could sit in the parking lot where I... rent with a 2 month expired sticker.
If this much energy was put into the upkeep in and around this place maybe it wouldn't be so run down...Now I'll have to pay a couple hundred dollars to get her car back AND give somewhere outside of where I live to park it until the sticker arrives Lee mas

cars has been broken into here, they have no cameras to watch for thieves, will charge you extra on rent for anything, the people in the office are very rude. they have rats, roaches. they will charge for someone to spray your apartment and you will be charged every month for it but no one ever comes to spray at all.

My apartment is spacious, clean, affordable and I love the upgrades.

I have been without heat/air for about 6 weeks now. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE AT ALL.
During this time of the year, the weather is all over the place; we definitely needed both heat & air during this time. 80 degrees today & not a word from them. Called about a portable unit,no response.
MOLD is a problem as well. It has been an extremely lengthy process to get that taken care of, & we're still no closer to a solution there either.

Been living here for four years and everything is falling apart. You can't get in contact with anyone when there's an emergency. There will be leakage in the ceiling, pest are everywhere, A/C will go out and everything is out of date. I understand you pay for what you get but what I'm paying should be more then what I'm getting and I'm getting crap!
