Car Wash Bay Out of Order

To potential future tenants, if you are looking forward to using the advertised car wash bay with a pressure washer I would lower your expectations. The pressure is lower than your kitchen sink and it is not a useful amenity, I am somewhat surprised they still advertise it. The maintenance staff have said they are working on a fix, but this has now been several months to a year. I suspect this isn't a priority. A resident who moved in before us said it took over a year to get the breezeways... pressure washed. I hope this isn't the case for the wash bay. I can expect a month or so wait with contractor backlog but not to this degree. Beyond this the apartments are okay, and the staff have been much faster about tending to any in unit maintenance requests. If weighing the wash bay as a deciding factor I would remove it.

0 sound proofing

The apartment its self looks very nice. Tall ceilings, large counter, a good amount of space. The staff and grounds are very nice. I understand this is just an apartment and some noise from neighbors will be heard. Having said that. I can hear absolutely everything my 'above' neighbors do! I can hear them walk, talk, shower, flush the toilet, argue, do their laundry and more. I hear one of of them snore....every single night! I have to play music so I can sleep!!
There is not enough parking and...
now they threaten towing for not parking in a space. I never know how far I will have to park from my apartment because we are not allowed a single parking spot. I pay way too much much for this apartment to have to deal with all everything that I do. Oh, there are multiple hidden fees they do not disclose. 20 bucks for trash pick up, but you pay more than that each month. You pay extra for the common area power, that isn't mentioned. Be extremely careful when looking into this complex. They are not what that appear.

Live anywhere else!

This place may seem nice as you drive by but don't let the looks fool you. This place is a joke as far as what they offer and what they charge you for. First off you think the place is nice and gated but since we've been living here for 5 months the gate stays open so there really is no point. Not sure why it doesn't work but it can't be because they don't have the money because they also bill you for stuff that makes no sense. I didn't like the idea that you had to pay the $20 valet trash... monthly but I got over that. But what I can't get over is that they charge you for the communities utilities like the clubhouse water bill, the electricity bill, their trash bill. So not only are you paying for your own utilities plus the overpriced rent but they're making you pay for the electricity they use to keep their offices cool even though you never step foot in there.
Besides the billing, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. You cannot walk to your car without fear of stepping on a landmine. Its ridiculous but again since the staff doesn't have to deal with it, they don't care to fix it. I'm just saying if I could do it all over again I would definitely live somewhere else. Hopefully this reaches those on the fence about living here.

Run. Don't Walk. Run

I have to park three to four buildings away We are supposed to have a package room but it hasn't been built. There was supposed to be an ice machine and fridge by the pool grill but it doesn't work. These are brand new apartments yet you would never know it. Management doesn't return calls or have any concern about residents.
