Love! Love! Love!

What's not to love - beautiful building, convenient to EVERYTHING downtown, rooftop infinity pool, AND attached parking garage (that's actually reasonably priced)!

Love this property!

This has been one of the best apartments! It's close to the fun parts of downtown, backs up right to Tom Lee Park, and has so many coffee shops within a ten-minute walk. Not to mention, it's one of the safest places I've lived in Memphis.

Home away from home!

Living part-time at The Landings has been an absolute pleasure from day one. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby, I knew that this was our home away from home.

The attention to detail in every aspect of this building is truly remarkable. From the meticulously maintained common areas to the stunningly designed apartments, every corner exudes style and comfort.

The amenities here are unparalleled. Whether it's lounging by the infinity pool with panoramic river views between the... two bridges, celebrating in the common spaces or breaking a sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness center, there's something for everyone.

The location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of downtown Memphis yet offering a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle. We enjoy exploring top-notch dining, shopping, and entertainment options, just walking distance from our doorstep.
