Worst Place Ever to Live - Managment Simple incompetent or does care
I wish i had the option to give no starts
I moved in September 2024, and from the moment I stepped foot into this place, I knew I had been duped—lied to, misled, and completely taken for a fool! During the initial inspection, I uncovered a laundry list of problems that should have been fixed before I even moved in—dishwasher not working, rusted washing machine, broken walkway lights, door that refuses to unlock properly, patio door that won’t open, bedroom window that won’t lock, ceiling fan... broken, bathroom laminate peeling up, and an absolutely atrocious paint job spanning the entire apartment. And that’s just scratching the surface! I was assured all of this would be sorted out—lied to again and again.
Six months have passed, and not a single thing has been addressed. The dishwasher wasn’t even repaired — it was simply looked at and left disassembled! My dad had to step in and fix it himself. The ceiling fan, which is essential for comfort, was only fixed after my dad intervened again. The trash left in the apartment and piled on the landing? My dad had to haul it away like it’s his job! Nothing else has been fixed or even looked at. Nobody has bothered to contact me, to give me a plan or even acknowledge these issues—they’ve simply ignored every single report I made. And now, after all of this, the A/C doesn’t work at all—stuck at 80 degrees or more no matter what setting I choose. Who’s responsible for fixing this? Clearly not the management.
And just when you think it can’t get worse, they’ve started charging me over $300 more than what I originally agreed upon—completely unjustified. They’ve also hit me with insurance charges despite me providing proof of my renters insurance. How dare they?!
The pool is non-functional, half the gym equipment is out of order, and the grounds are a nightmare—trash and garbage everywhere, as if nobody cares at all.
Don’t be fooled by the photos—they’re at least 20 years old, and the place is an absolute dump. The entire management team must be either incompetent or deliberately neglecting their responsibilities to rack up cash and rip tenants off! They are unresponsive and completely indifferent to your suffering. Stay far away from this disaster of a property!
