AC? Heat? Safety?
n the year and a half I’ve lived here, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with not one, not two, but three different management companies—each somehow worse than the last. Here’s a quick highlight reel of life here from July 2024 to now (Nov 2025):
-The AC has broken multiple times and is still not actually fixed. Every company sends someone out for another “temporary fix” that lasts maybe a week before dying again.
-We currently have no working heat, which is really fun in the winter.
-Our dryer... broke repeatedly within two months, and we only got a new one after going to the office and demanding one.
-The walkway to our entrance had lifted wooden planks for MONTHS before anyone cared to fix them. It’s shocking no one faceplanted over the railing.
-The new management has overcharged me three different times by about $100 each and seems genuinely baffled every time I ask why it keeps happening.
-One of my overnight guests even had their hubcaps stolen in the parking lot.
Overall, living here has been one long lesson in lowered expectations. If you enjoy constant maintenance issues, safety hazards, surprise charges, and parking lot theft, you’ll fit right in.
