Heck you can ride your bicycle there and back but you would have to go lighter on the grocery shopping HaHa! It’s worth your time to check Cortland at Onion Creek out. There are a number of pros about the Cortland Onion Creek community: location - access to head north or south on I-35 is not a pain, you actually can't hear the highway despite how close it is, it's gated so you feel safe, I have not had an issue with parking, staff is friendly, service requests are handled appropriately, lots of community events, communication is timely, and it's mostly a quiet community.

Cons: floors between levels are fairly thin, so make friends with the tenant above you.

Grace, hands down made my tour the favorite of the day! She was a doll!! Friendly, helpful and easy going! She was also very patient with each question I had.
She was exceptionally caring and respectful!

Happy to live here, and proud of the community I live in!
