Poor management
I have been staying in this apartment for past one year. The management does not address any of your concerns. After
the snow storm this year, there have been water outages across the city. City had restored the water on 2/21 morning, Legacy
said, they would need to check each and every building before restoring the water to each building. They did not do
anything on 2/21. They started next day with few employees and they could not able to complete 1/3 of total building in a day.
If it goes... like it, it would take another 3-4 days to complete this process. I am with my pregnant wife and 7 year old son
staying here for past 6 days without water which does not even concern for them. They could have plan this activities
very well to complete it in a day. After couple of emails, they stop responding to my emails.

We fully understand how frustrating it has been for you recently due to the historic weather events. We worked tirelessly to restore the water to everyone and pleased that water has been restored to this community.
