Edgewood Apartments

I have live there for 5 months and I got note from Kkp. That charge late fee and each days raise till we paid for it and I recommend not to rent this place. They are not good heart at all and don't care about people money. They are means.

These are nice, little apartments, located near both the elementary and high school. They're owned by Karl Klement Properties, which are sometimes hard to get a hold of when you need them. Although, they take care of your needs quickly whenever you do get a hold of them. The staff have always been pretty friendly. We have had a few maintenance problems in the 9 months we have lived there, with plumbing and light fixtures and such, but they were always taken care of in a timely manner. There is... free cable and neighbors are nice, mostly a pretty calm and quiet place. All in all, they are decent apartments to live in if you are on a bit of a tight budget. Lee mas
