Commerce Village Apartments Phase II

Lived here about a year and a half. Safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for college students. The office staff is fantastic. All rent payments and service requests are streamlined through their renters app. All service requests throughout my time were fulfilled to great satisfaction and within very reasonable time (usually same day). There are laundry facilities well within reach( were right next to my apartment). I would definitely recommend these accommodations to incoming students at Texas... A&M Commerce. Lee mas

My experience at Regency Square apartments was one that I'll never forget. I had an apartment there for about a year and a half. The maintenance crew and office ladies are wonderful, beyond respectful and most importantly, trustworthy. This made maintenance requests super easy since I didn't have to be there to let them in. These apartments are simple but it was perfect for my college student needs.
Absolutely did not want to leave!

The apartments are raggedy despite being very cheap. I must say though it is a safe area but it isn’t worth it.

I lived at Regency Square for a total of 2 years. In the time I lived there, I had a great experience. The prices are lower than all of the other apartments in town so it's very affordable. Any maintenance needs were addressed immediately. The office staff was really friendly and easy to deal with. It was an all-around great experience!!! I would highly recommend Regency Square to anyone. I think it's definitely the best bang for your buck around. As a plus, it's a very short walking distance to... campus!!! Lee mas
