New management sucks

Since the new management took over, Everything went down to Hell. They don’t post All the payments on time and this is the second time since they took over two months ago that I had to go back and make another payment after paying my rent fully because they are not Good fit for their job and they don’t know how to do they job on time . The pool is closed for last 7 months and will be closed according to the sign for another year.

This place has NO RELIABLE HOT WATER..be ready to have cold showers for WEEKS!!.Dog poop everywhere on the compound.Maintenance requests ignored.

A Nightmare

I don’t want a response to this Tides, sorry. This place is horrendous. Roaches like you won’t believe, yet i pay every month for pest control and no one has ever came into my apartment to spray for bugs, which is a health code violation I’m pretty sure. Other tenants blaring music from their car at 8AM on a Sunday. Horrible parking. Trash everywhere. And an office phone that they never answer. I could go on and on, but just dont move here.

DONT MOVE HERE

If I could give them -5 stars I would, they are ran HORRIBLY if you ever need maintenance they won’t come no matter how many request you put in. if you want to talk to anyone in corporate office they are as useless as the office staff, to pay so much money for an apartment that is worth no more than MAYBE $450 I am so disappointed. Office staff will treat you like you’re stupid, and a waste of their time. DO NOT MOVE HERE. they think that painting a building changes the entire complex, there are... drug addicts, break in’s, animal poop everywhere, trash, broken screens. this was the worst experience ever.

The smell of animal poo and cigarettes' will follow you everywhere

Place reeks of cigarettes and dog poo. It leaked into the apartment and nothing would make it better. I moved in July 2021 and I didn't have air conditioning until late September. The original owners were in the middle of selling the place, but that doesn't change the fact that I didn't even have a window unit. There is very little lighting inside the apartments and they look nothing like these pictures. the fridge smelled like death, roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean or spray. I... spent most of my time here crying over how disgusting and worn out everything was.
