Pitiful Communication and Terrible Customer Service
The availability of help with this leasing office is absolutely pitiful. Getting ahold of the property in general is like moving a mountain stone by stone, very difficult, takes forever and is very frustrating. The only bright spot in this community is the maintenance, they communicate well and are timely. I certainly do not like having to call a community office 6 times to get through to a real person during normal hours of operation nor do I have the time to do so. If you have the time and... patience of a saint to wait for help on important matters, then this is the community for you!
