The Grande is modern and spacious with a layout that makes it feel like home right away. The kitchen has updated appliances and ample storage, and the in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. What really sets this place apart, though, is the community and the staff. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. There are regular events for residents, which make it easy to meet neighbors and feel like part of a community. The... amenities are fantastic, from the fitness center and pool to the clubhouse. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient close to UTRGV and pretty much everything you could think of or need. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Amenities are fantastic especially for the price here which is basically the lowest around. It seems to be pretty well kept up by management.

My stay at the grande Apartments is wonderful. They are helpful and friendly. The place is clean and organized. There are several options and you can choose from their units. Additionally, it is near to UTRGV University walking around 28 min and you can enjoy their great events for residents here
