Amenities are fantastic especially for the price here which is basically the lowest around. It seems to be pretty well kept up by management.

My stay at the grande Apartments is wonderful. They are helpful and friendly. The place is clean and organized. There are several options and you can choose from their units. Additionally, it is near to UTRGV University walking around 28 min and you can enjoy their great events for residents here

I love this complex, sure it has its quirks but you can't beat the commute to campus, the pool, the community room, and the study rooms!! I would highly recommend this complex to those coming to the Valley
