Terrible experience of a Current Resident
I would rate this property lower if I could because honestly, it's the worst place I've lived. Impossible to get consistent hot water, fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing cold, termite problems in the complex, they changed the locks on the laundry rooms without any notice preventing me from doing my laundry for a few days, they did work on my balcony/stairs which they said would take 1 day on the notice but ended up taking 4 days, including one day where I returned around 3 pm to get... things out of my apartment but couldn't due to the stairs being taken off. In addition whenever I raise a concern to management they just say "Too bad suck it up" but in nicer terms. Poorly managed and poorly maintained, can't wait to get out of this place.

We take all feedback from our residents very seriously. We regret to hear that your experience has not been favorable. Every apartment receives routine quarterly pest control service. However, if you require additional service , we can... schedule a weekly or monthly treatment. If you are experiencing reoccurring pest issues, we encourage you to contact our leasing office. We did sent out a notice on our monthly newsletter for May about changing the locks on laundry room/swimming pool and welcomed our residents to pick up new keys on May 3rd and May 4th. At this time we are doing a beautiful renovation with new staircases through out the property which in the long run will benefit all of us here at Lake Fairway Apartments. We want to Thank you for your review due to it gives us ample space for improvement.
