Unless you have no other place to go, don't move here. The office manager is given FULL autonomy over the place, complaints to management go unanswered. The playground equipment is dangerous, outdated, and not to code. They raise rent even in mid-lease. The manager makes up arbitrary rules depending on if they like you or not (rules not found in the lease agreements). They have ONE maintenance man for three different complexes and he's about 6 months (or more) behind. I've had maintenance issues... for years that have never been addressed. While they do have a laundry room (about 8 machines for 10+ buildings) - half the time they're not running, and when they are, not well. I haven't gotten a rent receipt since I moved here. The office is only open a couple days a week...and it's hard even on those days to find anyone in the office. Lee mas
