Alanza Brook Apartamentos

I have been a resident for almost a year and a half. In that time I have had very few issues and when I have, they respond quickly and take care of it. Maintenance here is the best! Not only do they respond to service requests quickly when on duty (M-F), but they fix every issue or replace what needs to be replaced. The grounds are clean and tidy, and the other residents are respectful, stick to themselves and are mostly quiet. There are lots of families so you hear kids playing together outside... , but no loud music, yelling, etc. Overall, I feel fortunate that I chose this place. Lee mas

Alanza Brook is a well maintained and friendly community. Overall Service is great, right from Leasing office, repair agents. Resident Portal is great for service management.

Great apartment complex. Been living here for 12 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Jose and the maintenance team do a great job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.
