Living here for 2 years.
It really does upset me that I’m having to write this review, but I want to be fair and honest. I’ve lived at Chelsea Museum Apartments for some time, and while Allie in the office has always been fantastic, the overall experience under new management has really gone downhill.
There’s almost always something broken or in need of maintenance—whether it’s the garage door, the elevator, or certain fob entrances. For example, my in-unit washer was broken for almost two and a half weeks. They did... give me a $100 credit for laundry services, which I appreciate, but it’s still frustrating to have to rely on that when I’m paying for an apartment that’s supposed to include a working washer and dryer.
Additionally, they advertise electric car chargers, but most of them have been out of service for almost the entire year. It’s first-come, first-served, and if you get to charge your car once a month, you’re lucky.
In short, while there are good people here, the building itself has been failing more often than not lately. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes some real improvements.
