Services are terrible
I've applied for rent in the recent few weeks, and due to a staff changing season, as the front desk I called said, they didn't respond to any of the five emails I wrote. I even called them during their service hours on Monday to urge them, yet I still got no reply from them after half a week. I wouldn't be living in an apartment with services as tardy as this if Belmons wasn't cheap. Absolute disappoinment!
