REAL REVIEW
Where do I start?
-Locking residents out their respective building without proper advanced notification?
-Year old maintenance requests?
-Cars getting broken into?
-Front & back gate consistently broken?
-Gate access box being changed without notice to a completely different system?
-Less than 8 year old complex with roach/gnat/fly infestation?
-Inoperable dedicated trash chutes? Trash rooms overflowing?
-Trash dumpsters blocking visitor parking THEN imposing a new visitor parking system where... you have to obtain a permit to park in visitor parking... THATS BLOCKED!
I know this complex looks amazing in passing & the lobby looks immaculate but thats not the complete experience. There's been about 5 mgmt changes. That's NEVER a good sign ANYwhere. This is a semi-last resort place you should apply too, only if you live somewhere worse should you apply here.
