Beautiful property that has been allowed to go too long without necessary preventative maintenance. Lack of enforcement of rules/lease restrictions

I have enjoyed my time at VOTL over these 21 years. The following do an excellent job: Lori, Griselda, Molly, Emily, Luis, Ramsey, & the rest of the maintenance personnel.

Love the landscape, love swimming in the summer and winter, love the gym. Love driving out and seeing deer. It is a quiet area. I do love my apartment.
