Woodland Park

I love the area and the community but this unit has a lot of unaddressed issues like the storm damage to the roof. Interior Doors are not secure due to cracks in wall, apparently there us a foundation problem with this unit

I moved out of my previous unit in this complex due to constant noise from neighbors, which I had reported multiple times. To my surprise, the leasing office has been lying to the new tenant (meet them yesterday and we had a long discussion), claiming no one had ever complained about the noise. That level of dishonesty is unacceptable.

The trash situation is another ongoing issue—overflowing bins, trash left in hallways, and valet trash service that skips days without explanation. It creates an... unsanitary and unpleasant environment.

After transferring to a new unit, I’ve been dealing with a persistent roach infestation for months. Despite regular pest control visits every two weeks, I still haven’t been able to fully unpack or settle in. It’s exhausting and frustrating.

This complex is not worth the rent or the stress. The management’s lack of transparency and poor maintenance standards make it a place I would never recommend to anyone. Lee mas

My family moved from a small town in Missouri to Houston Texas and this community was a perfect fit for us. It’s a small gated community that just so happens to be close to all the stores and restaurants. So we get the feel of the small town but in a much larger city.

This place once was quite and peaceful. In one year it has become awful.
