Oyster Creek Apartamentos

Lived here 6 months. Tried to think of something positive in order to at least give it a 2 star review and couldn’t do it other than the location.

Don’t let the “2 sparkling pools” fool you. Neither of them have been open in about 2 years. They keep the one up front clean for show though.

“New management” is somehow worse and less responsive than the previous. Roaches, leaks, bad paint jobs, bad maintenance.

I moved here In January 2021 , still no change in Marajuana smell, its super strong and sometimes I can’t even stay there. I’m paying rent and sometimes I have to stay elsewhere. I’ve asked for them to send out another notice but it seems they don’t want to be bothered about it!! Upstairs neighbor is always making noise all hours of the night , I’ve complained and nothing gets done about it. They say they have spoken to this person several times but still there is no change. I’m ready to get... out!! I agree staff is nice but This needs to stop. I pay to live here not sleep somewhere else!! I’m so disappointed. Lee mas

Recently moved in and I love it here the ladies in the office are so sweet they really do make you feel at home this is my first place and I would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you oyster creek apartments for being so kind to me and my dog Mona.

The apartments are very well kept. The staff is awesome, they are very attentive and caring, and don't just look at me as a resident. I have never had any issues with any bugs of any sorts and the pest control is awesome. They come whenever asked to. The maintenance is always here in a very timely manner!! Pools are clean and pretty much always open. Couldn't ask for much more very happy here:)

they may not be the biggest or best apartments but for their price a really good value. They are more expensive and nicer apartments in the area and there are cheaper apartments with lots of issues including bugs in the area, but at Oyster Creek I never had any issues. Very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend
