UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFING & TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!
My daughter was supposed to move in to The Carson yesterday & when we got there with a full U-Haul from out of town, we were told the apartment was NOT ready! She was told the night before (10:30 pm) that she could move in after 3 pm. All we heard were excuse after excuse & then they showed us another unit that was available. It was nasty & full of mold in the bathroom that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! While we were there, a resident came in complaining about her hot water heater & she... was given a lot of excuses as well! All this could've been avoided with a simple phone call or communication that it wasn't ready!!!! We're very disappointed in the way this whole situation was handled & need others to see how bad it is as well!
