Would not rent here again.
Maintenance doesn't respond to emergency calls unless they decide its an emergency. After calling the office at 3 in the afternoon when still open and getting no answer, we called the emergency line and left a voicemail. Just FYI "the water keeps coming up and won't go down" is not considered flooding and therefore doesn't even get a call back after leaving a voicemail on the emergency line. The office personnel blamed it on limited staff due to a holiday (December 22nd). They came to see if... the issue was resolved on Jan 19th. Also the AC has to completely go out before being replaced. We had to purchase a portable AC $300 and slept in one room for two summers because they wouldn't replace it until they were given an ugly review on their website. After repeatedly submitting maintenance calls for the same leak we discovered mold which also was not taken care of the first call because supposedly the maintenance guy didn't see all of it. Would be a great place if they cared about their tenants.
