Very happy.

I’m very happy to have chosen the Reserve at Stonebridge Ranch. After searching for a few months, It has turned out to be the best choice for me. The renovation meant new appliances, carpet, flooring, sinks, up to date color paint on all walls. I love the large balcony. Another important factor for me was safety. It’s great having a private entrance from the attached garage. Britany, helped me with my application. She made it a breeze. So glad to have that kind of help.
In addition, the grounds...
are kept in excellent condition with an on sight maintenance staff. Thank you, Tim.

No Internet Available

I would give this complex zero stars if I could but I have to give one star unfortunately. The office staff is friendly and we love our unit. However, we have had the most difficult time trying to get internet set up with AT&T and the complex has a contract so the only internet option is AT&T. We were told the lines are not set up properly so there is no room to add us since our building is full. This is not a new complex so I don’t understand how this is an issue. Do some people just have to go... without internet? We have been more than patient and the office staff has tried to assist getting this resolved however, nothing has been successful. The AT&T reps for the apartment are useless and often times won’t even respond to you. Internet is crucial since we both go to school and work from home as many people do now. We have had to change our lives and go to public areas for internet when we should be able to be in our own home. I do not recommend moving here if you need internet provided. We aren’t the only ones in the complex having issues. Some people waited 3 weeks for their internet, which we thought was a long time until we have waited almost 4 months and counting. At this point in time we have no idea when or if we will be getting internet and are really upset with the living situation here. I’ll update my review when and if there is a solution to our problem.

Believe the posts!

I just moved in and it has been a horrifying experience prior to moving in! Leasing will lie just to get a lease! My requirements was a washer/ drier. I was also told it was going
To be renovated- if this is Greystars renovation; then they do not know what a renovated apartment! Filthy patio, no washer/ drier and the refrigerator is not with the water ice maker so don’t be fooled! Then they brought a washer and drier! FILTHY! Looked as if someone washed their black cats ! I
Cannot believe...
they were not new but
Used dirty filthy machines which do
Not work. properly!
Do not move here or to ANY GREYSTAR apartment! They should be called BLACKstar!

Run far away

Terrible place to live. Lived here 6 months. Front office is rude, dog poop everywhere and tenants are loud. You hear Custer Road all night. All of the appliances are noisy. They wouldn't fill out a form I needed to move out and kept coming up with lame excuses. Took 2 months to get my deposit back. Definitely look elsewhere.

Do not. I repeat - do not move here.

We lived here for 14 months. When I say the walls are thin, I mean, they are THIN. We heard everything our neighbors did. We heard everything from bathroom noises - yes, I hear my neighbors peeing - to everything that happened on their squeaky mattress. I heard the vacuum, blender, arguments, laughter, kids screaming, every step they took above us, and every shower and toilet flush.

If that weren't bad enough, the front office staff are horrible. They always act like they'd rather be...
anywhere but at work. They are not helpful and any request is treated like an inconvenience.

Don't even get me started on maintenance. It took almost three weeks to get our garage door fixed, and three days of 100 degree heat to get our A/C fixed.

Don't let the nice appearance of the place and the pretty, shiny façade of the grounds and apartments fool you. This is an awful place to live. Don't do it.
