Worst Experience Ever
For starters, management is horrible. There is hardly ever anyone in the office, or anyone to answer the phone, and the office doors are always locked. Parking is hell because there are not enough spots for all the residents, nor is there guest parking, and because the concrete is horribly uneven, the slightest bit of rainfall floods certain areas. You’ll get towed even with a parking permit and have to fight on end to get your car back. The second I moved in, I found insect eggs, which I later... found out to be roaches, and there are always dozens of them. Their idea of pest control is a couple glue traps. Half of my maintenance requests were never answered and I have to fix them myself. Walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everyone’s conversations around your apartment. And there are always (mostly grown adults) yelling outside well into the night. Laundry room has one good washing machine and zero good dryers. A/C is always going out. There’s hardly any cabinet space in the kitchen, and the pipes are always leaking. I can’t believe it’s more than $200 to live in this dump.
