Cortland at Sugar Land is such a beautiful and peaceful place. The pool is always pristine. They keep it updated and it has the best staff you could find anywhere.

Just improve on telling other resident to remember to clean up their pet's waste. That is the only thing that needs to be improved.

From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew I had found my new home! Living at Cortland for the past 6 months has been an absolute dream. John and his service team is quick to help with any issue we have. Mandy and Shandira always have a smile on their face! The moment I open my front door, I’m greeted by a flood of natural light that makes the space feel so vibrant and welcoming.
