Let's Talk Fees
I moved here from another state, been a resident for almost a year. These apartments are beautiful but the management gives nothing for free as a thank-you for choosing us. Beware that there are 3 different trash fees. There is a utility fee along with your utility bill. I brought my washer and dryer but the unit already had a W//D so now I have a rental fee, they don't come free with the unit. Community amenity usage is not free. The pest control fee is charged monthly but service is only... upon request whereas the breezeway is full of spiderwebs. Paying rent online through your bank is a fee. Guess what? You are required to have rental insurance before moving in but somehow I listed Royalty on my policy instead of Luxia, a simple mistake on my part yet another fee was charged though I had coverage. You will incur unexpected fees and the staff doesn't return phone calls or emails.
