Friendly staff and calm neighborhood, maintenance is handy but can be hard to get a hold of them. Had roaches upon arrival despite being told there was pest control done recently but they were easy to take care of. Parking can be kind of hard at times but there’s a good unspoken rule of who goes where. Amenities have been good and clean

Everyone is very friendly. office staff is helpful, maintenance tries although it’s playing door tag most of the time, I really appreciate their efforts. Neighbors are nice as well. Parking spots might be a bit much sometimes, but for the most part, it’s nothing too crazy. I enjoy it.

For the first 1.5 years, my experience living here was good. However, problems started to arise later on. I want to acknowledge that the manager and Ashley were very helpful in addressing my concerns. I really appreciate Ashley; despite being sick, she came to see the apartment the very next day to assist with the issues.

Currently, I live in an old apartment that is infested with cockroaches. I have done pest control three times, but it has not helped at all. Additionally, the apartment does... not have a microwave, which makes warming up food quite inconvenient. Overall, I don't particularly enjoy living in this apartment. On a positive note, the maintenance staff is excellent and responds quickly to requests. Lee mas

We moved here about 4 months ago.... Front office people's are friendly.... Maintenance people work in clean manner.... Pest control service are good.... Overall experience is good....
