I love Broadstone so far other than the discrepancies listed, it would be cool to have a community garden or walking trail weaved into the property however. Also more community events. In the gym I believe we should have an option to change the tv channel or turn it off with a remote as it’s always playing country music.

I love the peaceful community at Broadstone. I would love it if they could give students / medical workers discounts on rent! I also suggest creating a community garden split into a dog park. It would be really nice! Minor touches maintenance wise inside apartments need to be made. Overall great community!

Very quick with repairs, when I put them in, there are usually there same day to fix the issue. Very professional and especially super friendly.

Overall it was a great experience. Front office staffs are so friendly especially Ms Daniella. Maintenance technician are good. Work order are completed by the same day or by next day.
