This place is located conveniently off of I10 with easy access to Heb ( Groceries etc), La Cantera, Boerne and San Antonio. If you are considering a new place to live I would highly recommend this community!

Service of office staff is none existent

Even with a scheduled and confirmed appointment for a tour at 1:00pm both office reps. walked out at 12:53, put an out to lunch sign for an hour and twenty minutes. As I watched them walk out together I thought there has to be someone else in the office … nope. This is the second time I’ve been here and no one has been in the office. I’ve called numerous times at all times of the day and no one ever answers the phone. I guess they are full and don’t need the business.

If the leasing or assistant manager are there by themselves, they need to close the office for lunch. We would appreciate the opportunity to show you what our community has to offer and make it up to you. Do not rent here

Do not rent here unless you want to pay exorbitant rent for the worst management and maintenance you can imagine. It took 5 months and multiple lies from the front office blaming C19 in order for two towel bars to be installed. I had to add a garage just to have a place to park. Lastly I have not had air conditioning for over a week. No response to follow ups and maintenance in the office says, "what ac"? Oh yeah, well ill check today and if nothing then tomorrow we'll take the part off... another AC. Really? Couldnt do that right away and install the new part on the unused AC? And half way through day 8 and I still have not heard a peep. This place is a joke!!

Please read

Save yourself a lot of money, stress, and peace of mind and AVOID renting here at all costs. The woman in the office is beyond rude and unprofessional. They lure you with “valet trash” but you can only leave it out on certain days and god forbid you leave it out outside their designated hours, you’ll get charged. This service doesn’t work if you work certain schedules but you still have to pay for it. The pool looks nice but there is mildew in it. We all got sick and were throwing up. They... nickel and dime you for everything! Steal your deposit and even charge you to pay your rent! It’s absolutely disgusting. They are a gated complex but it’s never working and they have no control over the residents. Kids having parties, dogs pooping everywhere, people doing burnouts in the parking lot at 2:30 am because the gate doesn’t work. Additionally, they entered my apartment without my consent on MULTIPLE occasions. They never answer the phone and if you want to extend your lease by a month you can’t because they require a 90 day move out alert. Everything is gross, not kept up, and dingy. Do not let the “floor models” they show fool you. We literally paid to get out because it was so bad. Worst management and complex I have ever lived in. Please read recent reviews. I don’t want any family making the same mistake we did.

This apartment is awful!

people should check the parking spot before move in! this apartment does not have enough parking space and lots of nonresident cars parked inside during the night, which makes the parking situation worse. The leasing office's solution is to tow your car.
I am a resident and I have a parking permit. I got towed twice.
it made me mad when I see nonresident cars park in the spot and I cannot find a place to park.
I said I will go to civil court to argue. The leasing office just told me to go...
ahead and do it.
