The Ravinia Apartamentos

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give less than 1.
Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. With all the extra money I'm spending on this apartment this was supposed to be an upgrade. Instead I'd literally rather live anywhere else.
On moving in I quickly learned this place had a massive ant infestation. Whole place running with them. That was nightmare #1. The second being upstairs neighbors that seem to think their sole purpose in life is to make as much noise as possible... . It's like living underneath a bar/zoo/frat house/wrestling match.

I’ve had an incredible experience living at Ravinia Apartments. The staff is truly exceptional, especially Yassy, the Assistant Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making sure all residents feel valued.

The maintenance team is equally outstanding. They’re quick, efficient, and take great care in ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. Whether it’s a quick repair or a... larger issue, they handle it with professionalism and care, making sure the community runs seamlessly. Lee mas

Nice place to live there quick with maintenance. Nice neighborhood close to everything. People need to pick up their dog poop but other than that not a bad place to live

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team here for their outstanding work. Everyone is amazing! I truly appreciate the speed and kindness with which they always respond especially Yassi Homai and Kevin, along with their entire engineering team. They make this place feel like an incredible home.
