My experience as a resident has been mixed. While the location is convenient and the community feels safe, there have been some challenges. Maintenance requests often take longer than expected to be addressed, and communication can sometimes feel unclear. I appreciate the amenities provided, but there have been occasional issues with upkeep. The staff is generally friendly, though there’s room for improvement in responsiveness. Overall, I think the place has potential, but some areas could be... better managed to create a more comfortable living experience.

I love our community, love the office staff, and our maintenance they are trying so hard to keep up with our community, love there personality, love that they care to even keep us safe, one example saw one of them putting metal bars and boards by all the broken fences, Kevin and and another maintenance trying to fix the gates on front. Very proud of them ??.
