its alright
I lived there for a year and might've considered staying longer if my roommate stayed. The apartment was alright. The balcony door wasn't sealed properly so cold air came in. One of the rooms didn't have a ceiling light or fan, but the ac worked well. The kitchen counters felt cheap, but I didn't expect much. The pantry had a lot of space which was nice. The floor was uneven in some places.
One of our two kitchen drawers had a bent track so it would hang down into the cabinet once closed. We... had maintenance come out to fix it, but he said there wasn't anything he could do. He could try to put in a work order but he said they wouldn't approve. He said the same about the balcony door situation. Maybe that was him not wanting to do it, but he did good with everything else so I think he was just being honest.
The big cons.
Massive roach infestation. We tried everything to keep it under control, but it was rough. We had every bait and trap and spray we could find. We had them fumigate once but with our pets, it was a huge hassle to move everyone out just for it to not have an impact.
The dishwasher sucked. It never dried the dishes and always left buildup on anything silicone.
We had a roof leak into our kitchen, which left a mold stain in the ceiling, and they didn't seem to do much with it. It took them a few weeks to have anyone come out to look at it and left the roof tarped up for a while. We didn't have any more leaks after the first time, but it was a very weird situation for us.
They turned the water off for a few days to fix an issue somewhere else in the complex but didn't tell us. When we tried calling and asking why the water was turned off, all we were told was We sent out a notice" but we couldn't find anything. No note on the door, no email, and nothing on their website.
Overall, you kinda get what you pay for, and if you don't mind roaches it felt pretty standard.
