Safe place

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this area! The situation has definitely improved recently, and it’s reassuring to see how much safer it has become. The neighborhood feels calm, secure, and well-maintained, which is a huge plus for anyone looking for peace of mind. The location is also fantastic—conveniently close to shops, public transport, and local amenities. It’s the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Dinora at frond desk is always helpful. I highly recommend this... property to anyone looking for a safe, well-located place to live.

Upkeep of the property

I've been really impressed with the progress over the past year. The renovations to the buildings, the fresh paint in the hallways, and the overall cleaning and upkeep of the property have made such a difference. It's clear that management is committed to maintaining and improving the space, which is something I truly appreciate. I also want to give a special shoutout to management team Hugo and Jamil—both have been incredibly patient and responsive to any concerns we've had. It's reassuring to... know that when we raise an issue, management takes action. It’s been a great experience overall!

Highly recommended

We loved this community. Highly recommended. We lived here for almost 3 year no complaints. Office team very helpful and maintenance does a great work. We thank Emmanuel the plumbing guy for his good work. Thank Dinora and Jamil for your assistance in the office.
