Raintree Village
Very run down and out of date w/ faulty electrical. When things need to be replaced or fixed they pretty much tell you that you have to do the work yourselves and pay out of pocket for the materials w/ no reimbursement, but they did inform me as to where I could purchase the materials and what kind to get). Neighbors are extremely loud especially at night as well as there always garbage and graffiti everywhere especially in the breezeways. The apartments are managed by F & W Management which has... several complaints against them regarding poor upkeep, maintenance and safety/ health concerns.I will be contacting HUD

Raintree
The management have an attitude problem and so does the lady who is above them. It takes a while for things to get fixed. People are loud at night.
