Never moved in,

Horrible experience never moved my mom in the appartment, 35 days ago was promise the next available apartment which would have been on the 1st and never happen now we're out of $350 which I am pursuing legal action if not refunded apartment for my senior mother was promised to move in on the 1st of August never moved and gave the apartment to someone else, tried multiple times to call her she promised the onsite manager to return the call and never happens this is the third attempt I'm tired... frustrated and over it I will be going there to get my mom's money back and no longer want to live there,
