Thank you for your prior residency at Denbigh Village and providing a review of your experience. It is important to us that all residents have a home in satisfactory condition at move-in. We do not charge for wear unless it exceeds what one would... expect from daily use. The leasing consultant reviews the policies at the time of signing, and we are always happy to answer questions. Let me introduce myself: I'm Andrea Johnson the Community Manager for Waverton Denbigh Village. First please let me sincerely apologize for the experience you have had. Also, thank you for bringing some of these events to our attention. Please let... me take a moment to touch on some of the concerns that you have voiced.
At the top of your list is the safety of the community which is always a large concern that we have for our residents. It is with utmost importance that the community as a whole feel comfortable where they live. We have Guardus, the security firm that does our patrols during the evenings, in the hopes to take a pro-active position for our residents. We are never able to "guarantee" safety for anyone; however, as crime has no zip code.
At times billing can have an oversight in many systems; I'm glad to hear that we were able to help you with your billing issues. Again, please let me sincerely apologize for that experience, and the lengthiness of your wait time for it to get resolved.
We are sorry that you feel the staff has been unreceptive to your concerns as we wish that we could have done more to make your experience better and more convenient. I would like to add that the concerns did not fall on deaf ears and we will take from this the opportunity to better serve our residents in the future.
