The Residences at Cedar Hill Apartamentos

Short and sweet TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE! I moved into a "renovated" 2BR 1.5BA apartment on March 9, 2023. I didn't have a working refrigerator for the first week (March 16, 2023) the rental office have not recouped me. I didn't have a working shower with knobs for cold and hot water and a reasonable drain unit (March 22, 2023) the rental office have not recouped me. The apartment was filthy… had a dirty stove, microwave, bath tub and toilet when I moved in. The rental office has not recouped me.... The new manager couldn’t even be bothered to reschedule the cleaners. I cleaned my apartment myself. The rental office has not recouped me. They can't even respond to emails. Something tells me they may reply here way before they reply to my emails. Lee mas

The people in the office NEVER answer the phone. They gave a notice on august 31st 2020 that water would no longer be included in rent starting October 1st. if you want to move you would have to give a 30 day notice which would have to have been the next day. They aren’t setting up to renew leases so every month they are adding something when it’s time for rent if your lease is up. And the time I talked to her about that she said well you are month to month. The old cleaning lady told me they... only want military people out there. And beginning of 2021 they will charge everybody the updated price even if your apartment is not updated. Lee mas

I love it out here. Nice n pleasant. The manager mad maintenance are good ppl too??. Been here 6months. No complaining
