Poor Experience
Poor management; nothing was ever repaired in a reasonable timeframe. When you attempt or asked to show up in person, the leasing office doesn't know how to answer the phone or the door, not to mention the lady who works there is always extremely rude and don’t know how to help a paying tenant, but higher management doesn’t get any better as the chain of command goes. During our tenure at the apartment, we has several issues that went unfixed and covered up that consist of a nasty mildew/mold... issue, roaches with other bugs that crawled out of the wall, maintenance teams were always late or never showed up on time. The entrance doors, to the building, were never stay locked as multiple complaints about safety concerns. Throughout, the start of the pandemic, we never had little to the non-sanitary team to clean the common areas. Other renters have always left garbage in the halls for weeks to months without any staff to didn’t clean the building.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry your did not receive the 5 star service we look to provide all our residents. Typically there is one employee a day in the office and in between preventative maintenance walks, touring prospective residents... and general office tasks, we are sorry we are not always available by phone. Emailing is a great method as well as utilizing your resident portal to input maintenance requests. The best function of the online maintenance request is that the work orders go directly to our maintenance team and they can leave notes so that there's an easy paper trail for everyone to update you on the progress and completion of each work order. We apologize for any delay in maintenance requests as our largest delay factor has often been due to limiting contact during the pandemic, which requires a little more coordination with residents to maximize the comfort of everyone. We look forward to improving our service for you in the future.
