Park Terrace Condominium

Very safe and well-maintained development with lots of amenities. Love the walking trails, tennis & basketball courts. The units are excellent, light, and spacious with an accent for comfortable modern living. Park Terrace Condominium is an amazing place to live with an amazing view

We love staying in this community so far, it's been almost 5 months. The apartment plan is so good & it was renovated just before we moved in. Our unit is always well lit by natural light from sunrise to sunset. We have a huge balcony space & also a den which we use for office purpose. We got lot of complements from our guests about our apartment. The units are very calm & we never faced any issues with the neighbors. The people in the apartments are calm & respectful. The landlord family is... awesome & they are very helpful & friendly. They look out for any concerns in the unit when we notify them immediately & handyman is sent by them for any repairs in the unit.
Access to stores, WO&D trail & parks are just walkable.
I would recommend these apartments are anyone who is looking for peaceful community , walkable distance to any stores , trails & parks.

this location is amazing few steps to everything you need including doctors. Dinning and entertainment and area is very safe to enjoy outside at all time.
Few steps to ride your bike or run miles at W&OD. The cost is very reasonable rent compare to other condominium or apartments around.
Yes it is old and probably not the prettiest but place to enjoy the city dynamic life

Infested with bedbugs and roaches. All buildings crawling with them.
