Avana One Six Four Apartamentos

Unfortunately, we've had a pretty negative experience here. Upon move in, our unit was still very dirty. Management did have the cleaning crew come back and clean it for us, which we appreciated, however the unit was still dirty in many spots. No matter how much we personally have cleaned, it's never felt truly clean. Dog poop is a HUGE problem here. No one here picks up after their dog, plus people let their dogs poop on the sidewalk. Trash has been a huge issue here. The complex got a new... trash compactor, however in the months it took for us to get it, they took away ALL the dumpsters in the complex for some reason, which left everyone to basically dump their trash in the areas where there are normally dumpsters. We don't feel safe here either. My car has been broken into 2 times and has had symbols scratched into it now. We've also had an empty apt near us broken into by a squatter. Sadly, I can't recommend living here. There are better apts in the area for a much better price. Lee mas

Very prompt service. No hidden surprise fees in the process. Everything was made so simple. It relieved a lot of stress off of me since I’m moving from far away.

I recently moved into Avana 164 and have had an excellent experience thus far. The leasing team was quick and efficient with me signing a lease and moving in. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders.

Things have been great at Avana 164! We always appreciate the quick responses from the leasing office when we reach out. The food trucks that come regularly are also great! We appreciate the way the grounds are taken care of regularly and the trash build up by the dumpsters has been improving lately as well.

so far I only have positive experiences
Only complaint while moving in the entire apartment smelled funky. We had to open all the windows to the air out for a few hours.
