We understand your concerns regarding the noisy bathroom fans and the trash areas.... While the fans are designed for ventilation, we recognize they may sometimes be disruptive, and we will make a note of this for future improvements. Regarding the trash areas, there was a time when our trash compactor was broken, which unfortunately caused the trash areas to fall below our usual standards. We are happy to share that the compactor has been repaired, and we are back to maintaining the area as expected.

We are also aware of the ongoing challenges caused by illegal dumping and littering and are actively working on solutions to address this issue. Your patience and understanding mean a lot as we work to keep the community clean and welcoming for everyone.
