Life at the Bellevue

This is one of the most wonderful buildings I have ever lived in. The apartments are beautiful, converted, historic spaces with hardwood floors, working, brick fireplaces and a sunroom in every apartment. The rent is incredibly reasonable (all utilities but electricity AND internet included (!!!)) and the landlord, Tom, is incredibly nice and welcoming. This place really is a gem. Only sad part is they won't allow dogs of any kind. I will be bummed when we have to leave this place.
