The Bingo Event was fantastic and extremely well-organized, with lovely snacks and a fun atmosphere. I’m not just saying this because I won – the event was genuinely a great time! The current staff is the best I’ve seen in all my time living here, and they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. My favorite part of living here is definitely the combination of the top-notch amenities and the helpful staff who make everything run smoothly. The maintenance team is also outstanding, and... it says a lot that many of them have been here since I moved in – their dedication truly shows

I would like to congratulate you on the cleanliness of the corridors, which have been cleaned constantly. I would also like to extend this to the improvement in the security of the condominium, as we have noticed fewer intruders.
We have recently had frequent problems with the elevator in building 40. It is constantly broken and maintenance takes a long time. The elevators are also always dirty and smelly.
