Overpriced, under delivered
The units are so poorly made, have continued appliance issues, and bug problems. The staff is truly horrible to work with, and they have no idea how to help anyone. In the rare occasions there are actually staff members in the office, they will literally do anything possible to avoid speaking to someone, including leaving the office to go “do something” for almost an hour. They switch payment systems multiple times, do not send reminders, and tack on additional fees largely due to their own... negligence. The community has steadily gone down hill, the landscaping is sparse, and the “amenities” never work. There is not units that are available even close to the listed lowest price, despite having the most poorly thought out design. If you’re going to spend money, don’t do it here.

Regarding pest control, we perform weekly preventative treatments to ensure your home remains pest-free. If you face any pest-related issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by submitting a service request for necessary treatment.
Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday by appointment only. We aim to give our residents the attention they deserve, and we appreciate your understanding that there may be a wait if you visit the office without an appointment.
