The maintenance team is amazing!

I’ve lived at Cortland for 2 years and while everything about the complex is good, the maintenance team is what stands out. Jose and the team at Cortland are always so punctual, fix everything so quickly and are so kind in the process!

The apartments are dated. The people are never around. It’s dirty. For the price we are all paying this should be a lot better
