’ve had a generally positive experience living at Savio at Delray. The apartments themselves are modern and well designed, and the amenities are a big highlight. The gym is excellent—one of the better apartment gyms I’ve seen—and the pool area is really nice and well maintained. Overall it’s a comfortable place to live and the community feels well kept.
That said, there are a couple downsides. Parking can get pretty crowded at times, especially in the evenings, which can be frustrating. There... have also been occasional worm issues in some of the buildings. It’s improved compared to the past and management seems aware of it, but it hasn’t completely gone away.
Overall, despite a few issues, the amenities, apartments, and location make it a solid place to live.

Just moved into savio this weekend couldn’t be happier it’s beautiful!!!!!! Feels like home so nice and welcoming. Cant wait to swim in the beautiful pool and take my dog to the dog park ??

Amazing place with great views and people . Appartament are brand new no one lived in it before me name it was the best part about it! Also all the amenities are always in perfect conditions !
