I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience has been fantastic! From the start, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment manager and staff have been incredibly supportive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I have high standards when it comes to service, and I can confidently say they met and exceeded them :) My moving experience was seamless, and I was especially delighted with the thoughtful gifts I received. The building itself is... wonderful, and I’m already enjoying the great amenities. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new home!!

The apartment itself is very nice although the dryer washer closet could be more insulated for noise. The kitchen sink is wonderful as it is large however it isn’t very sloped so that water doesn’t always drain all the way out of it.

Not a lot of residents so it is very quiet a few of the doors to outside don’t work so I can’t get back in and have to come in the front entrance, which is fine

Awesome gym. Love pickleball. Front door to Nora - best location ! Also close to Palm Beach and City Place restaurants and shops - can walk everywhere

Move in process was easy but the apartment was obviously not vetted for move in as there was no hot water in the unit and the toilet was not functional for the 1st week of lease.
