I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience as a resident at BLYS. My time here has been positive & enjoyable and I’d like to highlight a few key aspects of my experience.
The amenities, maintenance team, and community atmosphere have contributed to a comfortable and welcoming living environment. I’ve particularly enjoyed such as prompt maintenance service, friendly staff, well-kept grounds, and community events.
Additionally, I’d like to provide some feedback on areas that could... enhance the resident experience even further.
Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the management team and look forward to continuing my stay at BLYS . Thank you for your dedication to providing a great living experience.

I love the amenities, they are always clean and fully functioning. The management is always having events for the residents. The lobby is always clean and smells good.

For the most part, my experience is going good. Although I do have some complaints. The water from the sink and shower smells super gross, like sulfur or rotten eggs. I’ve never had water smell so bad. Although, there are a good amount of chips and cracks in the apartment that I hope will get fixed. And also the walls are super thin and can hear neighbors just talking at a regular volume.

Decent place to live if you want to be able to walk to The Drive. Don’t get a unit on the first floor or you will have millipedes constantly entering your home.
