We have lived here almost 3 months now and our experience has been great thus far. We have no problems with pests or disorderly neighbors. The office staff is friendly, responsive and quick to help with any issues or questions, especially Stefanie. She has been great! The maintenance staff is a 10/10! Alex, Tito and Oscar are amazing and always say hello with a smile. Whatever the problem they take care of it. I love that the community is mostly adults or Disney workers. No parties, loud music... and no smoking. There is always peace and quiet and that makes us feel so at ease compared to our last apartment. My one suggestion would be implementing Valet Trash services since we currently pay for trash. I do like the trash chute on each floor so they are easy to access though. We don't fell like a client, we have been made to feel at home and taken care of :)

Enjoy truly resort-style living with the amenities available. Buildings and Common areas are well-maintained. Landscaping is well done and regularly maintained, close to almost everything - Attractions, shops, and restaurants. Management and Service personnel are pleasant and approachable. Community policies are constantly enforced.
